What No HDD means
The NVR and cameras can be configured for live viewing. A compatible internal HDD is required for NVR recording and playback. A newly installed HDD must be initialized, which erases existing data on that drive.

What does the No HDD option include?
The system includes the NVR and four cameras but no internal recording drive. A compatible HDD must be installed and initialized for NVR recording and playback; initialization erases existing data on that drive.
Is installation difficult?
Each camera uses one Ethernet cable back to the PoE NVR for both power and data. Plan the cable routes and protect outdoor cable connections before installation.
Can I view the system remotely?
Yes. Use the manufacturer’s mobile app for remote live viewing and playback. Compatible desktop software is also available. Remote access requires network connectivity and a compatible account.
Does the system support audio?
Built-in microphones support live listening and audio recording. Audio can be muted where required. Two-way talk is not supported. Audio recording must comply with applicable local laws.
