ClearVero™ operates a Shopify-powered retail store offering smart security cameras and monitoring solutions. For privacy questions or requests, email info@clearvero.com or use our Contact Us page.
ClearVero™ is operated by Snipe Stores LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
2. Scope
This policy applies to personal information handled through the ClearVero™ online store, checkout, customer accounts, order support, and related customer communications. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of product manufacturers, mobile applications, cloud services, carriers, payment providers, or other third parties whose services you choose to use. Review their notices before providing information to them.
3. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the store, we may collect:
- Contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address.
- Order information, including products purchased, order number, transaction status, shipping method, delivery details, returns, refunds, and warranty-support history.
- Account information, such as login-related identifiers, saved addresses, and account preferences.
- Payment and checkout information processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. ClearVero™ does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
- Communications you send, including contact-form messages, product questions, support requests, photos, screenshots, troubleshooting details, and feedback.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions, approximate location derived from network information, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.
- Fraud-prevention, security, and compliance information reasonably needed to review transactions and protect the store and customers.
4. Sources of Personal Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device when you use the store, from Shopify and checkout or payment services, and from service providers involved in order processing, delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising measurement, customer support, or legal compliance. We may also receive information from a person who places an order or contacts us on your behalf.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to provide and improve the store; process and support orders; arrange delivery and tracking; communicate about transactions; manage customer accounts; answer product, return, refund, warranty, and technical-support questions; personalize store functions; prevent fraud and misuse; measure store and campaign performance; comply with law; enforce store terms; and protect ClearVero™, customers, and others.
6. Orders, Checkout, and Payments
Shopify and the payment method selected during checkout process payment information needed to authorize and complete a transaction. Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may vary according to the customer’s location and device. ClearVero™ may receive limited transaction details, such as payment status, payment method type, billing contact information, and fraud-review indicators, but does not store complete payment-card numbers.
7. Customer Accounts
If you create or use a Shopify customer account, account information may be used to authenticate you, display eligible order information, maintain saved details, and support account features. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for contacting us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
8. Order and Service Communications
We may send transactional communications about order confirmation, payment status, shipment, tracking, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, security, or account administration. These messages are necessary to provide the requested transaction or service and are different from optional marketing communications.
9. Customer Support
When you contact ClearVero™, we use the information you provide to identify the relevant order or product, respond to your request, document the support history, prevent misuse, and improve support. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, private camera credentials, recordings unrelated to the support issue, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
10. Fraud Prevention and Store Security
We and our service providers may use contact, order, device, network, payment-status, and account information to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms. Orders may require reasonable verification, address correction, or inventory confirmation before shipment.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
ClearVero™ and its service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the storefront and checkout, maintain carts and sessions, remember choices, help secure the store, understand performance, and measure advertising. Details and available choices are explained in our Cookies Policy.
12. Analytics and Store Performance
Shopify provides store operation and reporting functions that may use device, browser, network, order, and interaction information. We use available reporting to understand store performance, troubleshoot errors, improve navigation, and evaluate customer experience. Information may be aggregated or de-identified where appropriate.
13. Advertising and Campaign Measurement
The store theme contains Google Ads measurement code used to understand advertising attribution and campaign performance. Google may receive device, browser, network, page-interaction, and conversion-related information according to its own privacy practices. We do not state that every advertising technology or campaign is active at all times. Microsoft site-verification code is present, but our audit did not verify a Microsoft advertising pixel.
14. Service Providers
Verified technology providers include Shopify, which supplies the storefront, checkout, customer-account, commerce, security, and related infrastructure, and Google for the Google Ads measurement code present in the theme. We may also use providers by category for payment processing, hosting and content delivery, order fulfillment and shipping, fraud prevention, customer support, information technology, analytics, advertising measurement, and professional services. These providers may process personal information only as needed to perform services, comply with law, or protect their rights.
15. When We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and business partners needed to operate the store and fulfill orders; to payment and delivery providers selected for a transaction; to professional advisers; when required by law or valid legal process; to investigate fraud or security issues; to protect rights, safety, and property; or in connection with a business reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
16. International Processing and Transfers
ClearVero™ primarily serves the United States and may serve eligible international destinations. Shopify and other providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards may be used for cross-border processing. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ by country.
17. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, returns, warranties, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by information type, transaction, relationship, and applicable requirement. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained longer when reasonably required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
18. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about certain disclosures or uses. Some rights are subject to exceptions, verification, and legal limits. To make a request, email info@clearvero.com or use the Contact Us page. Include enough information to identify the relevant relationship, but do not send payment information or passwords.
19. United States State Privacy Notices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, certain profiling, or the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law. ClearVero™ does not exchange personal information for money. Some advertising measurement may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where applicable, requests and legally recognized browser signals will be handled as required by law, subject to identity and request verification.
20. Children’s Privacy
The ClearVero™ store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information without legally required permission, contact us so the matter can be reviewed. Orders should be placed by a person legally able to enter the transaction or with any consent required by applicable law.
21. Security and Policy Changes
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy to reflect changes in the store, technology, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised date above identifies the latest version posted on this review page.
22. Contact ClearVero™
For privacy questions or requests, email info@clearvero.com or use the Contact Us page. ClearVero™ has not published an unverified phone number, physical office address, data-protection officer, or guaranteed response time.
