This Cookies Policy explains how ClearVero™ and its Shopify-powered store use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies when you visit ClearVero.com or use related store functions. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
ClearVero™ is operated by Snipe Stores LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and identifiers that help websites recognize a browser or device, maintain a session, measure interactions, or support other functions. Some technologies operate only during a session, while others may remain for a period determined by the provider or browser settings.
3. How ClearVero™ Uses These Technologies
These technologies may be used to operate and secure the storefront and checkout, maintain a shopping cart, support customer accounts, remember preferences, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, understand store performance, and measure advertising results. The specific technologies present can change as Shopify, the theme, or verified store services are updated.
4. Essential Cookies
Essential technologies support functions needed to provide the store, such as page delivery, security, fraud prevention, checkout, cart contents, session continuity, customer-account authentication, network management, and preference or consent records. Blocking them may prevent parts of the store, account, cart, or checkout from working correctly.
5. Functional Cookies
Functional technologies may remember choices such as language, region, display, navigation, or account preferences and may improve convenience. Whether a particular functional technology is used depends on the store feature and Shopify configuration available during your visit.
6. Analytics and Performance Technologies
Shopify provides store operation and reporting functions that may use information about device, browser, network, page views, referrals, store interactions, and transactions. These technologies help evaluate performance, identify errors, understand navigation, and improve the customer experience. We do not list cookie names or fixed durations because they may change by Shopify feature, region, browser, and service update.
7. Advertising and Measurement Technologies
The live and draft theme code contains Google Ads measurement code. It can be used to measure advertising attribution and conversion activity and may provide Google with device, browser, network, page-interaction, and conversion-related information under Google’s own privacy terms. We did not verify a Microsoft advertising pixel in the store; the Microsoft code found during the audit is a static site-verification tag.
8. Shopify
Shopify supplies the storefront, checkout, commerce, customer-account, security, and related infrastructure. Shopify may place or read technologies required to provide these services and may process related information under its own privacy practices. ClearVero™ does not control every technology that Shopify uses or every duration Shopify assigns.
9. Google Ads
Google Ads measurement is the only advertising-measurement technology verified directly in the theme code during this review. Google determines the operation and duration of its technologies and may link information with other data as described in its own notices and user controls. The presence of measurement code does not mean every campaign or advertising feature is active at all times.
10. Other Service Providers
Payment, hosting, content-delivery, fraud-prevention, shipping, customer-support, and other providers may use necessary technologies when their services are used. We describe these providers by category unless a specific provider is verified in the store. Product manufacturers, mobile applications, cloud services, and subscription services are separate from the ClearVero™ storefront and may use their own technologies under independent policies.
11. Consent and Store Privacy Controls
Where Shopify displays a cookie banner, privacy preference control, or data-use choice for your location, you can use that control to manage the options it presents. The Shopify privacy-settings record was not accessible to this connector during the current review, and no banner was visible on the store’s public password page, so this policy does not claim that a particular banner is available in every location or store state.
12. Browser and Device Choices
Most browsers let you block, delete, or limit cookies through their settings. Device and browser privacy controls may also limit tracking or send recognized preference signals. Blocking essential technologies can prevent cart, checkout, account, security, or other store functions from working. The effect of a browser signal depends on applicable law, the browser, and the services receiving it.
13. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy when store features, Shopify services, theme code, service providers, or legal requirements change. Because technologies can change, customers should review the revised date and current store controls. This policy does not promise a fixed cookie list or duration.
