This page explains how product-specific limited warranties and warranty-support requests are handled for products purchased from ClearVero™.
1. Product-Specific Warranty Coverage
Each ClearVero™ product is covered by the product-specific limited warranty stated on its product page or accompanying documentation. Warranty duration and coverage vary by product. ClearVero™ does not provide a universal warranty period unless one is expressly stated.
A warranty request requires review and verification. Filing a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, repair, or free shipping.
Supplier or manufacturer participation may be required. ClearVero™ does not claim to manufacture every product and does not claim authorized service-center status.
2. Where to Find Warranty Information
Warranty duration and coverage are displayed on the applicable product page or in accompanying documentation where provided. Customers should review the product-specific warranty information before purchasing and retain the relevant documentation.
3. What the Warranty May Cover
Depending on the applicable product-specific terms, warranty coverage may apply to verified defects in materials, workmanship, or operation arising during normal documented use. Coverage and duration vary by product and must be confirmed through the applicable warranty.
4. What the Warranty May Not Cover
Subject to the product-specific warranty and applicable law, coverage may not apply to problems caused by:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper installation or use outside documented requirements
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or physical alterations
- Incompatible power supplies, cables, accessories, batteries, or storage media
- Incorrect voltage
- Weather exposure beyond the product’s stated rating
- Normal wear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation
- Lost or stolen products
- Account, network, or third-party service problems unrelated to a product defect
- Failure to remove protective materials or follow documented maintenance instructions
Final coverage depends on the applicable product-specific warranty and applicable law.
5. How to Request Warranty Assistance
Email info@clearvero.com or use the Contact Us page. A claim must be reviewed before a warranty resolution is approved.
6. Information Required for a Claim
Provide:
- Order number
- Full name
- Checkout email address
- Product name
- Serial number where applicable
- Description of the issue and the date it began
- Photos or video
- Relevant error messages
- Troubleshooting steps already attempted
- Application or firmware version where relevant
- Network, power, storage, or installation information where relevant
7. Troubleshooting and Verification
ClearVero™ may request reasonable troubleshooting and diagnostic information before approving a warranty resolution. This may include checking power and cables, restarting the product, factory resetting where appropriate, checking network connectivity, reviewing application settings, updating firmware, confirming compatible accessories, reviewing installation requirements, or providing photos, video, and diagnostic information.
ClearVero™ will not require troubleshooting that would be unsafe or reasonably likely to cause damage.
8. Available Warranty Resolutions
Depending on the verified issue and applicable product warranty, ClearVero™ may arrange troubleshooting, a replacement component, repair, product replacement, refund, supplier or manufacturer support, or another appropriate resolution.
The customer is not promised a choice among all resolutions. Advance replacement and a refund for every claim are not promised. The appropriate resolution depends on the defect, product, availability, warranty terms, and applicable law.
9. Warranty Shipping
During the first 30 days after delivery, ClearVero™ pays reasonable approved return-shipping costs for a verified damaged or defective product when return shipment is required.
After the initial 30-day period, shipping responsibility follows the applicable product-specific warranty. Free return shipping after 30 days is not promised unless the applicable warranty provides it. Unauthorized shipping expenses are not reimbursed.
10. Replacement Products and Components
A replacement may be new or equivalent. A recertified or refurbished replacement may be used only when permitted by the applicable warranty and clearly disclosed.
Replacement availability depends on stock and the applicable warranty terms. If the original model is unavailable, an equivalent resolution may be offered where permitted. Refurbished replacements are not represented as the default for every claim.
11. Data and Account Removal
Before returning a camera, recorder, doorbell, storage device, or smart security product, customers should:
- Factory-reset the product where possible
- Remove the product from associated applications
- Disconnect cloud or subscription services
- Remove memory cards where instructed
- Delete stored recordings and personal data
- Remove passwords and account access
- Retain a copy of important data
ClearVero™ is not responsible for customer data left on a returned product, subject to applicable law.
12. Consumer Rights
This warranty guidance does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law. It is store guidance and is not legal advice.
