1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to ClearVero.com, use of ClearVero™ store features, and purchases from ClearVero™. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the store or complete a purchase.
2. Store Operator and Contact
ClearVero™ is operated by Snipe Stores LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Snipe Stores LLC was formed on August 5, 2022, and has Delaware file number 6952929. Customer-support questions may be sent to info@clearvero.com or through the Contact Us page.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally able to enter the transaction under applicable law. If you use the store for an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to act for them. The store is not intended to enable purchases by anyone who lacks legally required authorization.
4. Customer Accounts
Customer-account features may be provided through Shopify. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, and activity under your account. Notify ClearVero™ if you believe your account or order information has been accessed without authorization. We may restrict account access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or store protection.
5. Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing, delivery, and order information and keep it current where applicable. ClearVero™ is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized information, subject to applicable law and the Shipping Policy.
6. Lawful Use
You may use the store only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with store operation, bypass security, misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the store to violate law or third-party rights.
7. Product Selection and Information
ClearVero™ carefully presents available product descriptions, images, compatibility information, specifications, and included items. Features vary by product. Customers should review the individual product page and accompanying documentation before ordering. Manufacturer changes, display settings, and reasonable updates may cause minor differences that do not materially change the product.
8. Smart-Security Product Use
Customers are responsible for selecting, installing, configuring, maintaining, and using security products safely and lawfully. This includes compliance with privacy, consent, audio-recording, surveillance, property, network, installation, and other requirements that apply where the product is used. Do not use products for unlawful monitoring, harassment, intrusion, or interference.
9. Monitoring Tools; No Prevention Guarantee
Security cameras and monitoring products can support observation, alerts, recording, and related functions, but they do not guarantee prevention of theft, crime, trespass, damage, emergencies, connectivity failures, or other events. Performance depends on product capabilities, installation, power, network availability, settings, environment, third-party services, and maintenance. ClearVero™ does not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring or a particular security outcome.
10. Third-Party Brands
ClearVero™ is an independent retailer. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products offered for sale. Unless expressly stated and verified on a specific page, ClearVero™ does not claim official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorized-dealer status, or an exclusive relationship with a third-party brand.
11. Third-Party Applications and Services
Some products may depend on manufacturer applications, cloud platforms, cellular service, subscriptions, local storage, networks, or other third-party services. Availability, pricing, features, compatibility, and terms may change independently of ClearVero™. Review the applicable product information and third-party terms before purchase or activation.
12. Prices and Availability
Prices, product availability, promotions, and product information may change without prior notice before an order is accepted. We may correct genuine errors. If a material pricing or availability issue affects an order, ClearVero™ may contact the customer for review or cancel the affected order and arrange any required payment reversal or refund.
13. Order Submission and Acceptance
An order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt but does not mean the order has shipped or been finally accepted. An order becomes subject to fulfillment after payment authorization and reasonable review. ClearVero™ may decline, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, inventory unavailability, legal restriction, unsupported delivery address, or inability to verify required information.
14. Order Verification
ClearVero™ may request reasonable verification, address correction, or confirmation before shipment. Verification requests will be limited to information reasonably related to the transaction. Never email complete payment-card numbers, passwords, or private account credentials. If required information cannot be verified, an order may be cancelled without a cancellation fee.
15. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may vary according to the customer’s location and device. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge. ClearVero™ does not store complete payment-card numbers.
16. Taxes and Checkout Charges
Applicable product prices, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other checkout amounts are displayed before the order is completed where required. Customers should review the order summary carefully. International customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with normal delivery are addressed in the Shipping Policy.
17. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time. This is a normal processing estimate, not an absolute guarantee; verification, address correction, inventory confirmation, or another reasonable issue may cause additional delay.
18. Shipping and Delivery
United States delivery is estimated at 7 business days after processing. International delivery is estimated within 10–15 business days after shipment. These are estimated windows, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking is included with every shipped order and becomes available after shipment. ClearVero™ provides free standard shipping for eligible United States orders; international or optional shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.
19. International Orders and Customs
ClearVero™ pays applicable international customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with normal delivery of an eligible international order. Customer-caused carrier, storage, redelivery, return-transportation, or address-correction charges are not covered. Eligible destinations and charges are confirmed during checkout. 20. Shipping Restrictions and Delivery Issues
ClearVero™ does not accept P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight-forwarding addresses, restricted or unsupported locations, or addresses or arrangements requiring signature-only delivery. An eligible physical residential or business address is required. Lost, delayed, delivered-but-missing, refused, and returned packages are handled under the Shipping Policy.
21. Changes and Cancellations
Contact ClearVero™ as soon as possible if an order change or cancellation is requested. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and may no longer be possible after processing or shipment begins. ClearVero™ does not impose a cancellation fee, but customer-caused carrier or return costs may affect an otherwise eligible refund as stated in the applicable policies.
22. Returns and Refunds
Return requests, eligibility, authorization, shipping responsibility, inspection, restocking conditions, and refund timing are governed by the Refund Policy. Do not return a product until ClearVero™ provides authorization and instructions. Nothing in these Terms changes the existing Refund Policy or any non-waivable consumer right.
23. Exchanges
ClearVero™ does not promise direct exchanges for buyer-remorse returns. Where a product is eligible for return, the available resolution follows the Refund Policy. Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be reviewed for an appropriate resolution under the Refund Policy or applicable warranty.
24. Warranty Support
Warranty coverage and duration vary by product. ClearVero™ does not provide a universal warranty period unless expressly stated. Claim requirements, exclusions, troubleshooting, shipping responsibility, and potential resolutions are explained in the Warranty page and product-specific documentation. ClearVero™ does not claim to manufacture every product.
25. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. You permit ClearVero™ to use submitted content for store operation, support, and promotion in a non-exclusive manner, subject to applicable law and any separate consent presented at submission. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.
26. Intellectual Property
The ClearVero™ name, original store copy, design elements, and other ClearVero™ materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, logos, images, software, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Store access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy or commercially exploit protected content beyond lawful personal use.
27. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookies Policy. Third-party product applications and services have their own privacy practices, which customers should review separately.
28. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions, warranties, and rights stated for them, without additional implied promises that may legally be excluded. ClearVero™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from store or product use where such exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any liability assessment remains subject to the facts and applicable law.
29. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws or other non-waivable legal rights require otherwise.
Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact ClearVero™ with the order number, checkout email, and a clear description of the issue so a practical resolution can be considered. This does not create mandatory arbitration, require exclusive proceedings in Delaware, or restrict non-waivable rights or legally available remedies.
30. Changes, Severability, and Contact
ClearVero™ may update these Terms to reflect store, policy, technology, or legal changes. The revised date identifies the current review version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. No failure to enforce a provision waives it.
