ClearVero™ is operated by Snipe Stores LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This page explains how checkout, payment verification, and customer-payment security are handled when ordering through ClearVero™.
1. Secure Checkout
Checkout is operated through Shopify and the payment providers currently enabled for the ClearVero™ store. Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are used to help protect information during transmission and transaction processing. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and ClearVero™ does not claim that a security incident can never occur.
2. Available Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may vary according to the customer’s location, currency, device, and the payment options currently enabled for the store.
Customers should rely on the options shown during their current checkout. ClearVero™ does not publish a fixed payment-method list because exact enabled methods could not be verified through the connected store interface during this review.
3. Payment Processing
Payment authorization may occur during checkout through Shopify and the selected payment provider. ClearVero™ does not directly process every payment. A pending authorization or order-confirmation message does not mean the order has shipped or that every verification step is complete.
4. Payment-Card Information
Payment-card details are submitted through the secure checkout fields provided for the transaction. ClearVero™ does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Never send payment-card information through ordinary email or the Contact Us form.
5. Billing Information
Enter complete and accurate billing information that matches the information held by your bank or payment provider. Incorrect or incomplete billing details may result in declined authorization, delayed processing, additional verification, or order cancellation.
Never send a full card number, card security code, banking password, Shopify password, one-time verification code, or complete banking credentials through email or a support form.
6. Payment Authorization
An authorization confirms that the payment provider has reviewed the transaction at that stage; it does not necessarily mean funds have finally settled or that the order has shipped. Authorizations, pending charges, reversals, and posting times are controlled in part by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
7. Order Verification
Orders may undergo payment, fraud, billing-address, delivery-address, and inventory verification. ClearVero™ may request reasonable additional information needed to confirm the transaction. An order may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled when payment or required information cannot be authorized or verified.
8. Fraud Prevention
ClearVero™, Shopify, and applicable payment providers may use transaction, device, account, billing, delivery, and other relevant information to identify unusual or unauthorized activity. Detailed screening rules are not disclosed because doing so could weaken customer and store protections.
9. Failed or Declined Payments
A bank or payment provider may decline a transaction because of authorization, available balance, billing verification, location, account restrictions, or security controls. If a payment is declined:
- Review the billing information entered during checkout.
- Try the payment again carefully if appropriate.
- Contact the bank or payment provider for additional information.
- Use another payment option displayed during checkout, where available.
- Contact ClearVero™ without sharing sensitive payment credentials.
ClearVero™ cannot override a bank’s or payment provider’s authorization decision.
10. International Payments
Available payment methods and displayed currency may vary by country. A customer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate, foreign-transaction fee, or other account charge. These provider-imposed charges are separate from customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Under the Shipping Policy, ClearVero™ pays applicable international customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with normal delivery of an eligible international order. Customer-caused charges remain subject to that policy.
11. Refund Security
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method under the Refund Policy. Initial inspection normally occurs within approximately 3 business days after receipt. After approval, ClearVero™ normally submits the refund within 3–5 business days. The bank or payment provider may then require approximately 5–10 additional business days to post the funds.
ClearVero™ will not request payment credentials to issue an approved refund. Refund eligibility remains governed by the Refund Policy.
12. Customer-Account Protection
Use a strong, unique password for any customer account and protect access to the associated email account and device. Do not share passwords or one-time verification codes. Contact ClearVero™ if you believe an order or customer account has been used without authorization.
13. Suspicious Communications
ClearVero™ will not ask through ordinary email or a support form for full card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, Shopify passwords, one-time verification codes, complete banking credentials, or remote access to a customer’s device.
A message displaying the ClearVero™ name is not automatically authentic. Report suspicious communications to info@clearvero.com without forwarding sensitive credentials.
14. Contacting ClearVero™
For payment or checkout assistance, email info@clearvero.com or use the Contact Us page. Include the order number and checkout email where relevant, but never include payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, one-time codes, or complete banking credentials.
